Glyphosate (Roundup)

Glyphosate (Wikipedia). Glyphosate (also known as Roundup) is water-soluble. It damages two important parts of our gut health: (1) it wipes out our microbiome and (2) it damages the gut lining. The gut then starts to leak. See also: Monsanto patented glyphosate as an “antibiotic” drug, claiming weed killer is medicine. In 2003, the corporate giant (Monsanto) first submitted a patent for glyphosate as a parasitic control-type antimicrobial agent — or, in other words, a type of antibiotic. ... glyphosate is not just an herbicide, but a potential vector for antibiotic-resistant disease. ... Glyphosate not only destroys pathogenic bacteria but also friendly and beneficial bacteria that inhabit the intestinal microbiome. ... In March 2015 the World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer classified glyphosate as "probably carcinogenic in humans" (category 2A) based on epidemiological studies, animal studies, and in vitro studies.

Glyphosate went off patent in 2007 and is now produced mainly by China. 2 billion kg of this chemical is in our foodchain. About a pound a person in the U.S. It gets into our ground water. It evaporates and gets rained on us. 75% of the rainfall in the U.S. has detected quantities of glyphosate. 75% of air samples, especially in the South has detectable quantities of glyphosate. So we are breathing it, drinking it, and eating it. It opens up our gut and brain barriers causing havoc with our health. Glyphosate weaknesses our protective layers in our gut and internal organs (like the brain and kidneys) then we literally become sponges for the invasion of toxins. We cannot keep them out or reject them.

Dr. Thierry Vrain, Former Pro-GMO Scientist, Speaks Up Against Glyphosate. Published 10/21/2015. Duration 39:14. The first 17 minutes are a MUST WATCH. Gives the history of glyphosate. It started out (in 1964) as a powerful descaling agent for S, Fe, Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Co, Mn, Mo, Se. Monsanto bought the rights to the chemical and repatented as a herbicide in 1969 and commercialized in 1974. In 1996 the first GMO corn and soy products went to market. These products will not die when sprayed with Roundup. In 2005 the product has been used as a dessicant to dry the crop just before harvesting. In 2001 Monsanto applied for a patent to make glyphosate an antibiotic, and the patent was granted in 2010. All biological processes depend on metalloproteins (enzyme molecules). They all have in the center a metal molecule (e.g. chlorophyl and hemoglobin). RoundUp-Ready crops are deficient in minerals because of the binding properties of RoundUp. As an antibiotic it is broad spectrum. However, Salmonella and Clostridia are resistant. Basically, RoundUp kills good bacteria but not the bad bacteria. Thus, more and more outbreaks of Salmonella in poultry and more outbreaks of Clostridum botulism in cattle.

Anthony Samsel. Primary researcher on glyphosate, together with Stephanie Seneff. Lists all his research papers.

<<RESTORE (lignite extract) and Humic and Fulvic Acids>>. Use these products to restore gut bacteria by providing scaffolding for the beneficial bacteria and to restore essential minerals. Also see: <<Microbiome>>.

  • Dr. Mercola Interviews Dr. Samsel on the Dangers of Glyphosate. Published 7/5/2015. Duration 1:16:51. Beneficial bacteria in the gut like lactobacillus are killed by glyphosate, but salmonella is resistant to glyphosate. ...90% of serotonin is produced in our gut. Very enlightening interview. Dr. Samsel does not believe Humic Acid will do much to counter Glyphosate in the gut. His recommendation is simple avoidance. He discusses this starting at duration 1:11:00.
  • Glyphosate: The Weed Killer Found In Our Food & Water. Despite their patent expiring in 2000 Monsanto continues to produce more than half the world's glyphosate supply. Its main strategy for continued sales is through the development of genetically modified (GM) crops. Crops that are resistant to glyphosate exposure.
  • How To Protect Yourself From Glyphosate. 24 Ways To Protect Yourself From Glyphosate. (1) Eat more sulfur rich foods, (2) Eat organic. (3) Avoid all GMO foods. (4) Consume plenty of dietary probiotics.Dr. Seneff recommends fermented foods with a live culture of acetobacter. Recommends organic apple cider vinegar (I need to research this). (5) Test your body's exposure levels. (6) Supplement with manganese. The average daily dietary consumption is around 2 mg. Probably can get enough from the diet. (7) Avoid the worst offenders. Avoid GMO varieties of vegetable oils, bread, corn, sugar, chickpeas and lentils. (8) Read the book "Poison Food of North America." Biggest offenders are chickpeas, lentils, oatmeal, peas. (9) [Recommendation on bone broth; which I don't use] (10) Avoid non-organic collagen products. Collagen is used as a thickener in Jell-O, candies, ice creams, cheeses and dips. (11) Don't use Roundup. (12) If your neighbors are spraying, stay inside. (13) Avoid recently sprayed parks and play areas. (14) Detoxify if exposed to glyphosate. Activated charcoal, bentonite clay, sauerkraut juice and organic soil matter can all help here. (16) Supplement with glutathione. (17) Don't use vegetable oils for cooking. (18) Avoid non-organic bread. (19) Use plant extracts to protect from glyphosate exposure. Dr Seneff suggests that common plants such as dandelions, barberry, and burdock may be able to provide some protection by supporting sulfate transport. (20) [Recommends high-cholesterol diet, which I cannot agree with]. (21) Get some sun! (22) Sleep more. (23) Supplement with vitamin C. (24) Drink pure water. That is, use reverse osmosis. (25) Supplement with RESTORE.

  • Five countries have banned glyphosate in the wake of recent lawsuits. Belgium, Malta, Sri Lanka, The Netherlands, Argentina.
  • Where is Glyphosate Banned? Numerous countries have partial bans or are in the process of banning. For example, Eight out of the 10 provinces in Canada have some form of restriction on the use of non-essential cosmetic pesticides, including glyphosate. France: Banned the private sale of glyphosate. The law is scheduled to take effect in 2022. France also said it will ban glyphosate in the future regardless of the European Union vote to relicense glyphosate. Portugal: President of the Portuguese Medical Association called for a worldwide ban of glyphosate. Spain: Barcelona, Madrid and a number of other regions throughout the country banned the use of glyphosate in public areas. California has not issued a statewide ban on glyphosate. However, on July 7, 2017, California became the first state in the nation to issue a warning on glyphosate by adding the chemical to the state’s Proposition 65 list of chemicals and substances known to cause cancer.

  • Dr Dietrich Klinghardt MD PhD - Geo-engineering, Chemtrails, Aluminium, Round-up, Detox, Lyme. Published 10/8/2016. Tests done in Germany show that Americans have high levels of aluminum and organo-phosphates (Roundup being one of them) in the blood. He suspects that the aluminum is coming from the air we breath which is being sprayed with chemtrails chemicals which are intended to cool the atmosphere. Aluminum toxicity is higher by a factor of over 100 over the other toxins like lead and mercury. The problem with Roundup is that it binds with aluminum and helps transport it to the brain.

Leaky gut

  • Leaky gut. In a nutshell, when the tight junctions of your gut (intestinal) lining separate and create “holes” that allow food particles and toxins to pass easily through, that forms a leaky gut. Those food particles and toxins then pass into your bloodstream which can wreak total havoc on your body causing food intolerances, sugar cravings, weight gain, diarrhea, constipation, hormonal imbalances, and even autoimmune disease via partially digested proteins.
